Bradley T. Cave

Bradley T. Cave represents employers in virtually all areas of labor and employment law, with emphasis on investigating and defending employment claims and charges of all varieties, advising employers on regulatory compliance, assisting employers with personnel policy and handbook drafting, and working with employers in employee discipline and terminations.

In addition to counseling clients, Mr. Cave is a frequent lecturer at employment law seminars throughout Wyoming. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Wyoming Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Wyoming Association of Defense Trial Counsel. He is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers. In 2009 Mr. Cave was inducted into the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers as the College's first Wyoming member.
