About David's Practice
David Richie provides labor and employment guidance and representation to employers. On the employment side, he counsels employers in all areas of employment law, including compliance with FMLA, wage and hour, and disability and religious accommodation requirements. David is experienced at drafting and revising company policies and handbook provisions. He also represents and advises clients responding to investigations and charges brought by government agencies, such as the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and the United States Department of Labor.
David’s labor law practice involves counseling clients on union relations issues, as well as aiding in the drafting and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
