Eamonn R. C. Hart

About Eamonn's Practice

Eamonn Hart works primarily in the firm’s litigation practice, focusing on issues such as employment, business disputes, privacy, false claims litigation, and state tax disputes, among others.  He also occasionally advises clients on non-litigation matters, such as tariff compliance and employment best practices.

Prior to joining the firm, Eamonn served as a law clerk to Judge William J. Kayatta, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and Judge Gary S. Feinerman, of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Before attending law school, Eamonn worked in political fundraising and served as a legislative staff member in the United States Senate.
