OFCCP notifies contractors about release of EEO-1 reports
The OFCCP has begun to notify federal contractors who didn’t object to the release of their EEO-1 report that the data will be released after January 2, 2023. The notification also went, however, to contractors who did object to the release of their data. Contractors who objected to the release of some or all of their EEO-1 reports and still received the notice should email the OFCCP at OFCCP-FOIA-EEO1-Questions@dol.gov and explain that their organization objected.
OFCCP proposes changes to disability self-ID form
On November 15, 2022, the OFCCP issued a revised version of its voluntary self-identification of disability form. The agency is currently seeking comments regarding the revisions. The new form would add a number of disabilities to the list in the current form and revise the language across the form to make it more straightforward. Stakeholders have until January 17, 2023, to file comments.
