On January 20, 2023, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) issued its most recent corporate scheduling announcement list (CSAL), which included 500 federal contractors and subcontractors. The agency again published the methodology by which contractors and subcontractors were selected for the 2023 CSAL:
For this scheduling list, OFCCP selected federal contractors and subcontractors that were required to maintain an Affirmative Action Program (AAP) but did not complete their mandatory annual certification in the OFCCP Contractor Portal as of December 1, 2022.

After releasing the CSAL, the OFCCP determined a number of contractors and subcontractors on the list in fact had filed their certification in the Contractor Portal timely. Currently, it is administratively closing any audit on the CSAL where the company had in fact certified in the portal before the December deadline. Any contractor or subcontractor who is on the current CSAL and in fact certified in the portal should email Javaid Kaiser at OFCCP-DPO-Scheduling@DOL.gov to have the audit administratively closed.
