OFCCP announces opening of contractor portal
On December 2, 2021, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced when its new Contractor Portal would open for federal contractors.
On February 1, 2022, contractors can begin registering for access to the portal. The OFCCP will also send a registration invitation e-mail to each covered federal contractor in its jurisdiction whose e-mail information is available in its system.
On March 31, 2022, contractors will be able to use the certification feature in the portal to certify their affirmative action plan (AAP) compliance.
By June 30, 2022, existing contractors must certify whether they have developed and maintained an AAP for each establishment and/or functional unit, as applicable. The online portal, also known as the Affirmative Action Plan Verification Interface (AAP-VI), will be used by federal contractors to certify on an annual basis whether they have developed and maintained AAPs for each of their establishments or functional units. The portal will also be used by contractors to submit data during compliance reviews. The Contractor Portal Landing Page provides additional information for federal contractors, including FAQs.
