About Larry's Practice
Larry J. Rector has focused his more than twenty years of practice in the area of labor and employment law. He concentrates his practice on employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, industrial injuries, and mine safety and health. In addition to counseling clients, Mr. Rector has an active trial and appellate practice. He is licensed to practice in West Virginia, the District of Columbia, Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Texas state courts and numerous federal district and appellate courts including the United States Supreme Court. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and the West Virginia Super Lawyers.
