About Mark's Practice

Mark M. Schorr is a senior partner in the law firm of Erickson | Sederstrom, P.C., LLO. He is the Chairman of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Practice Group and represents numerous local and national employers. Mr. Schorr is a member of the Employers Counsel Network (ECN) and is the editor of the Nebraska Employment Law Letter. He is also a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law, a leading treatise published by the ABA and the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA). Mr. Schorr is a member of the Labor Relations Council of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is also an appointed member of the American Bar Association's Committee on Development of the Law Under the National Labor Relations Act.
