About Marylou's Practice

Marylou V. Fabbo, a partner with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., joined the firm in 1995 and became a member in 2001. Her practice is concentrated in employment law with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has successfully defended employers in civil actions involving every area of employment law including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, breach of contract, and wrongful discharge. For several years, she was an adjunct faculty member at Western New England College School of Law she is a frequent speaker on employment-related legal topics for a wide variety of associations and organizations. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Marylou was named a "Super Lawyer" in Employment Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly which recognizes the top 5% of the lawyers in specific practice areas.
