John M. Husband is a senior partner with Holland & Hart and practices labor and employment law in the firm's Denver, Colorado office. He is chairman of the firm's Management Committee and former chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. He is listed among The Best Lawyers in America; is listed in the Guide to the World's Leading Labour and Employment Lawyers; is listed as a top 50 "Colorado Super Lawyer"; is listed as a top ranked attorney in Chambers USA; is listed in The International Who's Who of Management Labor and Employment Lawyers; was named "Best of the Bar" by the Denver Business Journal; and is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Over the course of his career, Mr. Husband has been involved in many hundreds of cases and has been lead trial counsel in over 350 adversarial proceedings, trials, major arbitrations or administrative actions that have been tried to conclusion. Before joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Husband completed a clerkship with the Honorable Robert H. McWilliams, U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and graduated first in his law school class.
