About Kristal's Practice
Kristal Leonard's experience encompasses a wide range of legal matters, including employment, litigation, natural resource, and business transactions. She counsels employers on compliance with laws governing hiring and terminations, leaves of absence, wage and hour, personnel policies, and other employment and labor issues.
She defends employers against workplace disputes in agency and state court proceedings, including petitions for review to the Alaska Supreme Court. Beyond litigating employment law matters, Kristal is experienced in preparation of reports analyzing oil and gas leases, mineral claim administration maintenance, and navigating corporate requirements and compliance.
